About Twin Pillars Construction: Twin Pillars Construction is a rapidly growing construction company focused on quality workmanship, operational efficiency, and long-term client relationships. As we continue to expand, we are looking for driven individuals who want hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing business.

Position Summary: Twin Pillars Construction is seeking a motivated Business Operations Graduate Intern to support operational strategy, financial analysis, and process optimization initiatives. This role is designed for a master’s or MBA student who is ready to apply advanced business concepts in a high-growth, real-work environment. The internship goes beyond administrative support. The intern will partner with leadership to analyze business performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop recommendations that support scalability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Support budgeting, financial tracking and performance reporting initiatives
  • Conduct cost analysis and margin reviews across projects
  • Assist with forecasting and business planning efforts
  • Develop dashboards, summaries and reports to support leadership decision-making
  • Evaluate operational KPIs and recommend performance improvements
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, including market expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations and marketing
  • Lead or co-lead special projects tied to scalability, efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s or MBA program in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Experience with financial modeling or forecasting
