Job description


Join JPMorgan Chase as an Associate on the Core Operations team, executing global payment processes that support the firm's philanthropic initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in a controlled, high-impact operational environment.
As a Core Operations Associate in Corporate Responsibility, you will execute global payment processing, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate records within a well-controlled environment. You will partner with Finance, Controllers, and other teams to ensure payments are completed accurately and on time.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute payment processing, including review
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage payment-related requests and inquiries
  • Maintain clear documentation to support audit and controls
  • Manage and organize shared inboxes and drives
  • Apply established procedures to ensure accurate and compliant processing
  • Coordinate with internal partners to support timely execution
  • Track payment activity and support basic reporting
  • Contribute to improvements to systems of record to improve efficiency and strengthen controls
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with payments, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and across teams

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in financial services or payment operations
  • Familiarity with financial systems or workflow tools
  • Experience in audit or control-focused environments
