Administrative Services Assistant

Location: Hybrid | Nashville, Tennessee

Pay Rate: $ 20 to $ 25 per Hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional administrative experience required

About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Services Assistant for a hybrid contract opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will support the Procurement Management Office by handling complex administrative functions, preparing operational and financial reports, supporting procurement-related policies and procedures, and serving as a liaison for agency communication and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional administrative support for a complex procurement-focused office

• Create operational and financial reports for specific activities and department operations

• Assist executives with developing, implementing, and enforcing procurement-related policies and procedures

• Conduct research related to fiscal, economic, legal, legislative, policy, and publication matters

• Serve as a liaison to explain, interpret, and support agency laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree From An Accredited College Or University Required

• Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible professional administrative experience required

• Procurement experience required

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, data entry, reporting, scheduling, and correspondence required

• Tennessee state residency required before start date
