SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Platforms Leader to join their Information Systems & Technology Transformation organization. This individual will serve as a key enterprise technology leader responsible for driving large-scale business systems modernization initiatives across ERP, CRM, and core enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to define strategy, governance, and execution of multi-year transformation programs that support operational stability, scalability, and long-term business growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide modernization efforts while ensuring alignment across architecture, governance, and execution.
Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise systems modernization roadmap across ERP, CRM, and core business platforms
Lead enterprise platform transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to business strategy and operational needs
Oversee program governance including scope, timeline, budget management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution
Direct enterprise application, data, and integration architecture aligned to target-state enterprise strategy
Establish and enforce scalable integration standards and cloud-ready architecture principles
Lead enterprise data modernization, automation, and system optimization initiatives
Partner closely with business and executive leaders to ensure technology solutions support operational requirements
Manage capital budgets and vendor relationships supporting enterprise transformation programs
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory frameworks including CMMC 1.0 and NIST 800-171
Provide leadership and direction across enterprise architects, data teams, integration engineers, technical project managers, and business analysts
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Proven track record leading large-scale ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform transformation programs
Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud-enabled solutions
Experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams in complex transformation environments
Demonstrated financial and capital project oversight experience
Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven industries preferred
Exposure to modern ERP/CRM platforms (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.) is a plus
MBA or advanced technical/business degree preferred
