Job description

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

Act as the Product Owner to maximize the business value derived from the contact data domain

What You Will Do:

  • Define the strategic roadmap and success metrics for the contact domain related data products.
  • Govern global contact data standards and policies, ensuring fitness for use in downstream systems.
  • Implement AI/ML-driven automation for enhanced data quality and standardization.
  • Consult data consumers, analysts and data scientists on navigating data sources and interpreting data definitions to support their use cases.
  • Work collaboratively across functions and domains to manage data acquisition, enrichment and integrations to make data readily accessible.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of data through operational monitoring, validation and reporting.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience as a business and technical lead for end-to-end data product lifecycles, including defining project scope, gathering business requirements, overseeing solution architecture and performing user acceptance testing.
  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: utilizing SQL for data extraction and advanced analytics to identify patterns and extract insights from large-scale enterprise data products; communicating complex data findings into actionable business strategies for technical and business audiences; leading data strategy initiatives, implementing data enrichment and data management solutions to improve data quality in core business platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce.com; conducting business and technical demonstrations, utilizing data visualization tools to communicate data insights and recommendations; and collaborating with platform administrators, system analysts and data engineers to implement data solutions and pipelines integrating data between platforms.

The salary range for this position is $125,653 - $180,000/year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
