. Ensure observability through structured logging, distributed tracing, and metrics instrumentation.
Data Migration & ETL Patterns
. Design and execute data migration strategies including bulk loads, incremental syncs, and schema evolution.
. Build ETL pipelines using Spring Batch, SQL scripts, or external ETL tools to ensure data continuity and integrity.
. Perform data profiling, mapping, transformation, and validation to support migration accuracy.
. Optimize relational database interactions through indexing strategies, query tuning, and connection management.
. Collaborate with DBAs and data engineers to ensure safe migration execution under production constraints.
Modernization & Platform Evolution
. Refactor legacy services into modular, maintainable components aligned with modern architectural standards.
. Introduce automation into CI/CD pipelines for build validation, regression detection, and deployment consistency.
. Contribute to the design of a new, extensible platform that supports future domain capabilities.
. Deliver reliably under aggressive timelines while maintaining engineering quality.
