Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion Financials. The role is primarily focused on Oracle Fusion Finance functional implementation, configuration, support, and business process improvement, with secondary technical/integration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, including:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Cash Management

    • Fixed Assets

    • Intercompany

    • Expense Management

    • Tax

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.

  • Perform Finance module configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

  • Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.

  • Support month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with Finance stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot Finance issues and provide functional solutions.

  • Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

Technical / Integration Skills
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL.

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.

  • Knowledge of FBDI and Oracle Fusion data conversion.

  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Fusion Finance and external systems.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance / ERP Cloud experience.

  • Strong Finance functional and accounting knowledge.
