Objective
We are seeking a highly experienced Master Data Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing master data in an ERP environment and a proven track record of successfully leading ERP implementations. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the organization.
Responsibilites
Master Data Management
  • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of master data management policies and procedures.
  • Develop and enforce data standards, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all systems.
  • Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and streamline data management processes.
ERP Implementation and Management
  • Lead and manage the data migration process during ERP implementation and subsequent updates or changes.
  • Work closely with IT teams to design and implement ERP-related data processes, ensuring seamless integration of master data.
  • Ensure all master data components align with the overall ERP strategy and architecture.
Data Governance
  • Establish and oversee data governance protocols to ensure data quality, compliance, and security.
  • Monitor and resolve data issues, providing analytical support and expertise.
  • Implement data cleansing and de-duplication initiatives.
Team Leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Reporting and Analysis
