Data Entry Clerk Miramar, FL 33027 | 12-Month Contract

ARC Group is recruiting for a Data Entry Clerk in Miramar, FL for a 12-month on-site contract assignment. The Data Entry Clerk will support administrative and operational functions by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across multiple internal systems.

This role is critical in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, structured environment. This will have a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and verify data across spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
  • Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of records
  • Organize, maintain, and archive both digital and physical documentation
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and general administrative support tasks
  • Respond to data-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Support process improvements related to data management and reporting efficiency
