RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director, Data and Analytical Products in Boca Raton, FL.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a data and analytics roadmap aligned to Company's business priorities and IT strategy
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams supporting data engineering, analytics, and data governance, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
* Promote a data-informed culture by advocating for the effective use of data in day-to-day decision making
* Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives based on value, effort, and organizational readiness
* Lead the evaluation and selection of data management, analytics, and governance tools in partnership with IT and business stakeholders
* Establish and maintain data governance practices that ensure data quality, consistency, and appropriate access across the organization
* Support compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), SOX requirements, and Company's internal control framework
* Balance governance needs with usability to ensure data remains accessible and actionable for business teams
* Provide direction and oversight for data architecture and platforms, ensuring solutions meet business needs and scale with growth
* Support data platform modernization efforts in collaboration with IT architecture and engineering teams
* Oversee data integration across enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and commercial and supply chain platforms
* Establish standards and expectations for reliable, well-documented, and business-ready data assets
* Partner with business teams to define KPIs and reporting needs across core CPG functions, including demand planning, trade promotion, pricing, and operations
* Ensure business intelligence and analytics solutions deliver clear, actionable insights through dashboards and self-service reporting tools
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Equivalent experience combined with strong business acumen will be considered
* 8-10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or information management roles, including 5+ years leading teams or programs
* Experience in CPG, retail, food & beverage, or other consumer-focused industries is strongly preferred, particularly where data was used to support commercial or operational decision-making; Experience establishing or maturing a data or analytics function is a strong plus
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain data and analytics concepts in practical business terms to non-technical stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
