As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include:

  • Design and implement care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions

  • Drive measurable improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization

  • Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidencebased pathways and workforce models
