Job Title: IT Asset Management Contractor II.
Location: Malvern, PA. (Hybrid).
Duties:
  • This role will focus on asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and general asset management support, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and Excel-based analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities.
  • Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution.
  • Analyze and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation).
  • Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs.
Skills: Required Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, reconciliation).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
