Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist (Contractor) to support the accurate entry, review, and maintenance of employee job and compensation data within HR systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely processing across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced HR operations environment. This position works closely with HR partners and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity and support overall HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter, audit, and validate job and compensation data within Workday • Process employee lifecycle transactions including: ○ Onboarding ○ Job changes ○ Compensation updates ○ Manager changes ○ Transfers ○ Separations • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR records • Provide support across the HR Solutions team to help balance workload and maintain operational continuity • Apply knowledge of HR systems and data structures to understand downstream impacts of transactions • Document processes and updates to support team knowledge and reference materials • Maintain productivity and quality targets aligned with team expectations • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Perform light data analysis in Excel (filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables) to validate and support data accuracy • Collaborate with HR partners and internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure smooth operations • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational data • Support additional HR data or process-related tasks as needed
