Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain reports and dashboards using various software tools
  2. Analyze pricing and product data to support customer service and business decisions
  3. Manage product and vendor databases, including updates to SKUs, contact info, and discontinued items
  4. Brings data analysis contributions for internal analysis and decision-making
  5. Interpret program data and convert it into usable formats (e.g., Excel uploads)
  6. Ensure data accuracy through thorough review and validation
  7. Prepare and maintain files for new products, vendors, and pricing updates
  8. Communicate data changes across departments via system uploads and email
  9. Support process improvement by analyzing current procedures and recommending updates
  10. Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Data Analytics or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in data reporting and dashboard creation
  • 1–2 years of experience in report development using data schemas
  • ERP system experience preferred
