Job description

Provides cross-functional support for the entire Advancement Services department. Including constituent data management, gift and pledge processing, and customer service operations performed by the department.

We are looking to hire a data entry associate to join our team to provide cross-functional support for the advancement services department. In this role, you will be responsible for processing data related to events, gifts, and other constituent record updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1 to 3 years experience with data entry
  • A strong commitment to Christian higher education and the work and mission of Lipscomb University
  • Uncompromising integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Critical thinking and data-driven decision making ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle competing priorities without losing focus
  • Maintain a professional image at all times through actions and appearance

  • Prepping and entering gifts and pledges.
  • Reconciling gift batches to bank deposits.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
