The Management Trainee will rotate through various functions, typically spending six months to a year in an assigned function which provides exposure and knowledge to various areas of the business. The intent is to identify an area of the business that will engage the individual in their career aspirations. The Management Trainee will learn about People, Processes, Prevention, and Performance.
