  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Lead technical projects, such as those involving Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for both Greenfield (new build) and Brownfield (retrofit) sites. This includes developing project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure, including and utilizing data from BMS and EPMS systems. This may involve troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors, and implementing preventative measures.
  • Collect and analyze operational data, including incident reports and system performance metrics, to identify trends and drive process improvements.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-backed recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and vendors to mitigate any risks identified.
