The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $65,300.00 to $81,600.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary:
The Data Analyst on the Data Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and harmonization of master and operational data across core enterprise systems. This role is responsible for maintaining data structures within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Product Cloud, while supporting downstream integrations to master data management, reporting, distributor, and external partner systems.
This position supports order processing, sales and financial reporting, distributor partner data synchronization, and data quality initiatives across the organization. It is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working across systems, solving data challenges, improving processes, and helping ensure teams have trusted, consistent data to support business decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and maintain data structures within JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Product Cloud, ensuring accurate and timely daily data feeds to Profisee and other internal and external database systems.
  • Support data tables related to order processing, sales reporting, and financial reporting, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
  • Ensure synchronization and integrity of shared data components with distributors and trading partners, supporting both internal operations and external integrations.
  • Manage electronic data interchange trading partner relationships, including setup, training, monitoring Customer Service-related data errors, and overseeing the resolution of failed or rejected transmissions.
  • Maintain and support daily business operations across multiple platforms, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Profisee, Connect, Product Cloud, and external distributor portals such as Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and Johnson Brothers.
  • Develop, review, and maintain clear, accurate written procedures and documentation for Data Management processes, ensuring they remain current and serve as a baseline for training and reference.
  • Participate in data quality improvement initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Identify and contribute to opportunities for automation, process optimization, and operational efficiencies across daily tasks and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance, Information Technology, and business stakeholders to support the consistent application of business rules and data standards.
  • Partner with Technology teams to improve departmental efficiency, reduce manual work, and develop more automated approaches to recurring tasks and reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects that support data quality, system alignment, and enterprise data lifecycle management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, and data quality, including hands-on experience with master data management tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with related technologies such as web services, Java, XML, or similar tools and languages.
  • Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional initiatives or projects.
  • Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, fuzzy matching, validation, and product or location hierarchy management.
  • Knowledge of master data management concepts such as matching, merging, survivorship, unification, and data standardization.
  • Working knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, and enterprise data lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Data Governance, Information Technology, and external partner teams.

Travel:
  • Travel is required approximately 10% of the time.
