Job description

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to support strategic delivery across the Corporate Functions Data Domain (CFDD). This role will partner with Product Managers, CFDD leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive execution of key domain priorities, regulatory commitments, policy initiatives, and enterprise data transformation programs while ensuring alignment with agile practices, customer value, and enterprise governance.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a Domain Delivery Lead, supporting end-to-end product delivery in partnership with Product Managers and domain leadership.
  • Coordinate strategically important regulatory data deliverables across CFDD teams, managing dependencies, risks, and execution against key commitments.
  • Lead delivery of the Data Management Policy (DMP) refresh, including updates to service models, process maps, controls, and operating procedures.
  • Support MTL program delivery, including strategic divestment, federation, and operating model transformation initiatives across CFDD sub-domains.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, impediments, and dependencies impacting delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with business, technology, risk, and control stakeholders to drive alignment, change readiness, and execution.
  • Ensure adherence to agile delivery practices, change governance standards, Jira hygiene, and delivery reporting requirements.
  • Deliver additional support for Domain Executive priorities and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment to resolve complex data challenges, establish accountability, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with agile delivery, product lifecycle management, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of data management, data governance, regulatory programs, and risk management practices.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes across multiple teams and priorities.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
