Position Summary
Responsible for leading and supporting proposal and pursuit efforts for the assigned region. This role manages the full lifecycle of proposals, from kickoff through submission, while ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in A/E/C proposal development, is highly organized, and can manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position will report to the regional Marketing Manager.
Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
Hybrid (minimum 3 days/week in office)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, including SF 330s, qualifications packages, technical proposals, and presentations
  • Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring schedules, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met
  • Develop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; facilitate kickoff meetings and track progress
  • Facilitate pursuit planning meetings, including capture, kickoff, and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Team)
  • Assist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.
  • Partner with technical staff and SMEs to develop tailored, compelling proposal content
  • Prepare key proposal components, including resumes, project descriptions, and graphics
  • Oversee proposal production, including editing, formatting, and layout using InDesign
  • Ensure submissions are fully compliant and meet quality standards
  • Maintain CRM data, including opportunity tracking, go/no-go decisions, and outcomes
  • Support development and maintenance of marketing materials and content libraries
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and opportunities to support business development efforts

  • 2-5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFQ requirements and compliance
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Microsoft Office

Working Conditions
Work is performed on a hybrid schedule - a combination of office and remote work. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
