As our Revenue Integriy Analyst, you will analyze financial data to optimize revenue and ensure effective financial performance through insightful reporting and strategic recommendations.
Every day you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex revenue data, pricing, and market trends. You'll prepare reports, develop forecasts, and provide strategic recommendations to management to enhance profitability and cycle efficiency. You'll also identify discrepancies, conduct variance analysis, and support financial planning.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization. Excellent communication for presenting complex information and a commitment to accuracy are essential.

  • Access and coordinate data from various hospital and Dignity Health systems including Query, AS400, Trensdstar, DS Pathfinder, etc, for the purpose of opportunity identification, monitoring and reporting of revenue cycle performance.
  • Using knowledge of Hospital systems and processes to help identify revenue enhancement opportunities in hospital operations and clinic locations.
  • Coordinates with other departments including finance, decision support, business office, etc., to develop and generate reporting templates for monitoring revenue performance.
  • Assist in the maintenance of CDM including research of appropriate coding, cost and pricing information, assisting and directing 0DM analyst as necessary.
  • Modeling reimbursement terms to determine expected financial impact of process and charge master modifications.
  • Evaluate and respond to data/statistical report requests from other departments, division and system offices.

Required

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Minimum Five (5) years hospital experience in business office, admitting, knowledge of hospital computer systems and processes


Preferred

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
