Job description

Role Overview

The Manager, Clinical AI Partnerships & Integration is responsible for the hands-on execution and operational success of VIDA’s clinical AI partner integrations. This role works across external AI partners and VIDA’s internal Science, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure partner solutions are evaluated, integrated, deployed, and executed effectively across clinical trials.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Evaluation & Onboarding

• Support evaluation of potential clinical AI partners with VIDA’s Science team, focusing on clinical relevance, data quality, and workflow fit.

• Lead technical and operational due diligence and partner onboarding.

Integration Planning & Execution

• Coordinate definition of dataflow/integration requirements with Product and Engineering.

• Act as the execution owner for integrating partner clinical solutions.

• Support testing, validation, and deployment of partner solutions into active trial workflows.

• Proactively identify and resolve execution issues with partners and internal teams.

Partner Coordination & Commercial Support

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned clinical partners.

• Set KPIs and monitor partner performance

• Coordinate communication, issue resolution, and ongoing performance reviews.

• Partner with Commercial and Business Development teams to support sales efforts involving clinical AI partner capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• 5–8 years of experience in a technical, clinical, or platform-focused role.

• Experience coordinating complex technical integrations or external partners.

• Strong cross-functional communication and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medical systems/imaging, clinical trials, or clinical AI solutions.

• Familiarity with software deployment or data-driven workflows.

• Experience operating in regulated or quality-driven environments.
