Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Integration Lead to help us design and develop integration solutions that seamlessly connect various systems across the enterprise in our ongoing modernization efforts. The Integration Architect will design and lead enterprise-scale integration solutions across microservices, APIs, and real-time streaming platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Kafka architecture, batch and real-time integrations, and large-scale data ingestion. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration strategies, tooling, licensing, and scalable architecture models. Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Business, Technical, Information Technology, Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer), or 10 years of related experience.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in API development (RESTful and SOAP), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and microservices architecture.

  • ETL experience with Talend, Informatica, Matillion, Workato or similar tools, required

  • Integration Technologies: Proficiency in real-time data integration, event-driven architectures, and modern integration tools.

  • Strong expertise in Kafka architecture, including Kafka Streams, KSQL, Schema Registry, and Kafka Connect.

  • Cloud & Containerization: Solid experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for deploying, scaling, and managing integrations.

  • ETL/ELT & DataOps: Strong background in ETL/ELT processes, real-time data processing, DataOps practices

  • API Management: Experience with API management tools. Governance & Compliance: Proven track record of implementing data governance frameworks ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.

  • Strong understanding of security, authentication, and authorization in integration platforms (OAuth, JWT, API Gateway, etc.).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm).

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Location Requirement:
This position is eligible for remote work within any state Dutch Bros currently resides in (AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, KS, KY, MO, NM, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, WA, WY). However, preference is for this role to be located in the Greater Phoenix area with 4 days per week in the office (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
