Job description

Jon Ossoff for Senate is seeking an Organizing Data Manager to support our growing team for the 2026 re-election campaign. The Organizing Data Manager will be responsible for working with the Special Projects Department to support the campaign's relational organizing programs and will report to the Analytics Advisor. This position will build and maintain the data infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting tools that power our organizing programs, with a focus on the relational organizing platform Reach.
The Organizing Data Manager will be an integral part of the campaign's data team, ensuring that our relational organizing programs are supported by reliable data pipelines and actionable reporting. This role will be flexible and the needs and demands may change throughout the cycle. This position will require work after hours and over the weekend as needed. Diverse candidates with Georgia ties are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
  • Lead analytical, reporting, and data projects supporting the campaign's relational organizing programs.
  • Build and maintain live dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Create and manage tools in Reach including uploading contacts, creating tags, managing user groups, and more.
  • Work with the Analytics Advisor to find insights and optimization opportunities to improve the relational organizing programs.
  • Build and maintain data integration pipelines connecting VoteBuilder, Reach, Phoenix, and other campaign tools via APIs.
  • Support the Special Projects Department and Data Team as needed.

What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years working in campaigns in voter contact or other organizing data roles
  • Experience building reporting and visualizations in Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or other tools
  • Expert level knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working with SQL and BigQuery
  • Comfortable writing scripts for API interaction and integration; experience with Python or R is a plus
  • Experience working with Reach or other relational organizing tools preferred

Benefits
$5,500/monthly. This position will come with benefits, including dental, vision and health insurance.
You must have the ability to travel throughout the state as necessary.
