Job Summary

Design, deploy, and maintain the systems that power our organization. Depending on your background, you may focus on server and cloud environments, wide-area and data center networking, or a blend of both. You will collaborate closely with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure our infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
Implement and maintain high-availability architectures, disaster recovery plans, and backup strategies
Automate provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools
Collaborate with security teams to enforce access controls, patch management, and compliance standards
Monitor system and network performance; proactively identify and resolve capacity and reliability issues
Document infrastructure, architecture, runbooks, and change management processes
Participate in an On-Call rotation and support incident response efforts

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree

5-7 Years Experience

Field(s) of Expertise:  Enterprise IT infrastructure

Certificates/Licenses: Industry Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Associate, CCNA/CCNP. Or equivalent

Preferred Education & Experience

Master's degree

8-11 Years Experience

Field(s) of Expertise:  Enterprise IT infrastructure
