Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Lawson Data Extraction Consultant to support data extraction, migration, and reporting initiatives from the Infor Lawson ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience extracting data from Lawson modules, writing complex SQL queries, working with Lawson databases, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver accurate data for reporting, integrations, and system migrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from the Infor Lawson ERP system.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries, scripts, and reports to retrieve business-critical data.
  • Work with Lawson modules such as Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand data extraction requirements.
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, and system integration projects.
  • Create documentation for extraction processes, mappings, and validation results.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve extraction issues.
  • Work closely with technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience with Infor Lawson ERP.
  • Strong experience in Lawson data extraction and reporting.
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL.
  • Experience with Lawson Landmark, LBI, or Infor Process Automation (IPA).
  • Strong knowledge of Lawson database structures and tables.
  • Experience with ETL and data migration projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite.
