The Team You'll Work With

The Data Ops team is focused on delivering high-quality, auditable data to our customers. You will work within a team dedicated to reducing customer effort and empowering clients to take actionable insights from their private markets data.

The Problems You'll Solve

As a Data Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of quarterly data extraction and client reporting. Your primary objective is to ensure that extracted data is high-quality, timely, and actionable for our customers.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Quarterly Data Extraction: Manage the extraction of private markets data from accounting documents and performance reports.
  • Quality & Timeliness: Ensure all data is extracted in a timely manner and meets our high standards for data quality.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate front-line support for all customers that your segment services.
  • Active Engagement: Proactively follow up with clients during each quarterly data campaign, providing clear tracking of what data is complete and ready for client review.
  • Real-time Interaction: Engage with clients in real-time via phone or Zoom to resolve issues and guide them through their data.
  • Process Improvement: Keep detailed documentation of client interactions to identify trends and drive operational and process improvements for the data ops team and the product teams.
  • Project Management: Treat every data campaign as a project, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress and milestones.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become an expert in private markets data, including financial metrics and KPIs.

Salary

Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: 

  •  $76,713.00 - $90,250.00 in Seattle,WA (hourly rate of $36.88 - $43.39)

*Annualized salary based on estimated 40 hour hours per week before overtime

Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
