Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Expertise in Teamcenter Data Migration solutions, architecture design, and legacy-to-Teamcenter data transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, Item structures, datasets, and metadata management.
• Experience with migration tools such as PLMXML, Data Exchange, ETL tools, and custom migration frameworks.
• Proficiency in data mapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with CAD systems (NX, CATIA, Creo) and enterprise applications.
• Strong SQL, database management, scripting (Java, Python, TCL), and bulk data loading expertise.
• Understanding of configuration management, BOM migration, document migration, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Define and govern end-to-end data migration strategy, architecture, and execution plans for Teamcenter implementations.
• Analyze legacy systems and develop data mapping, transformation, and migration approaches.
• Lead data extraction, cleansing, validation, enrichment, and loading activities to ensure data quality.
• Design and implement migration tools, automation frameworks, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with business, engineering, and IT teams to validate migrated data and resolve issues.
• Ensure successful migration of product structures, BOMs, documents, CAD data, and configuration information.
• Provide technical leadership, risk management, performance optimization, and post-migration support.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited institution in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical degrees
• 10+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM with strong expertise in data migration and legacy system modernization.
• Proven experience in migrating BOMs, documents, CAD data, metadata, and product structures into Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter Data Model, BMIDE, SQL, ETL tools, and migration frameworks.
• Experience in data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and ensuring data quality across large-scale migration projects.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter integrations, upgrades, and enterprise PLM deployments in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to drive end-to-end migration initiatives.
Base Salary Range : $140,000 to $180,000 Per Annum
