Location: Redmond, WA 98052
Duration: 03+months
This role will require onsite presence Monday through Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday. During the first two weeks of training, candidates must be onsite all five days.
Description:

We are seeking an Information Technology Analyst to support ERP and PLM initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
The Analyst will operate as an individual contributor, working under the direction of senior analysts and managers to collect, process, and analyze data for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system implementation. Responsibilities include supporting data migration, validation, and clean-up, ensuring accuracy and consistency across ERP and PLM systems. The role also involves developing reports and dashboards, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project leads with Bills of Material, parts, and associated documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and business objectives.
  • Validate and verify multiple data loads into the PLM tool.
  • Perform data clean-up and maintenance in collaboration with IT following ERP/PLM processes.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Document methodologies and support PLM tool control processes.
  • Provide second-level support and training as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with PLM systems (Windchill preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong skills in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in ERP/PLM environments and collaborative systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and process-oriented with strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
