In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring orders are entered correctly, supporting our same-day shipping goals, and helping deliver a great customer experience. You'll work closely with multiple teams across the company, solve problems as they arise, and help keep operations moving efficiently. If you enjoy working with data, collaborating with others, and making an impact through accuracy and organization, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Performs order entry according to standard operating procedures and the company's same-day shipping goals
  • Responds to customers promptly via phone and email
  • Documents conversations concisely with enough detail for others to understand upon review
  • Effectively responds to and prioritizes multiple requests for service from customers and colleagues
  • Collaborates with the Distribution Center, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other departments as directed by the Leadership Team
  • Interacts and engages with Operations and Shipping departments to resolve shipment issues and ensure orders and products ship on time and accurately
  • Proactively communicates issues to management and follows established order management processes
  • Assists in developing workflow improvements, including process enhancements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of data entry, order entry, or customer service experience in a complex environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
