Job description

Administrative Assistant

About the Role

This position will perform a range of administrative functions to support the company. Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends. Paid weekly! Now accepting applications through Monday, September 7th. This position will start on Thursday, October 1st.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of office-related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of analytical, planning, and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Must be able to work independently and within tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform reception duties such as answering the phone lines and greeting visitors.
  • Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
  • Run daily errands with the company vehicle.
  • Ordering and stocking supplies for the office and breakroom.
