We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team and provide essential administrative support to a group of Tier 1/ Tier 2 technical technicians. This role is crucial in managing schedules, documentation, data entry, and effective communication to ensure a smooth operational flow for our technical projects and client interactions.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

Data Entry and Recordkeeping:ย 

  • ย Accurately input technical data into databases and ability to navigate the client existing database.
  • ย Maintain and update client information, and generate progress reports. ย ย 

Document Management:ย 

  • ย Create and maintain technical documentation, including service reports and repair logs.ย 
  • ย Ensure proper filing and retrieval systems for documentation. ย ย 

Communication Management:ย 

  • Relay information between clients and technicians and coordinate communication with internal departments.ย ย 

Required Skills and Qualifications:ย 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and deadlines.ย
