Job description

This is a skilled work position consisting of a range of administrative duties. This position is responsible for data entry and record keeping for PWY construction operations.  
Essential Job Functions 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Accurately perform routine data entry
  • Communicate effectively 
  • Maintain neat and accurate records
  • Maintain an orderly office
  • Perform duties of other jobs when the needs arise
  • Have a solid attendance record
Skills and Qualifications 
  • Two years of experience in an office environment including computer applications, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, ability, and skills.
  • Data entry skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in Adobe
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
This is a part-time position with potential opportunity for transition to full time.
