Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Data Entry Clerk with experience in Yardi Breeze to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain tenant, lease, and financial data in Yardi Breeze
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Process invoices, payments, and other administrative records
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, customer service, phones, and office support


Qualifications/Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience with Yardi Breeze (required or strongly preferred)
  • Proven data entry or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
