  • Enter and transfer student worker personal information from the ATS into PeopleSoft with extreme accuracy.
  • Perform high‐volume data entry to support onboarding of ~2,000 student workers during peak season.
  • Review, verify, and correct data to ensure payroll readiness and prevent processing delays.
  • Maintain organized workflows while handling sudden surges in hiring requests from campus departments.
  • Communicate with internal teams as needed to clarify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Support payroll and HR teams by ensuring all student worker records are complete and error‐free.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
