Job Summary :
The Data Entry Specialist accurately inputs, updates, and maintains client, debtor, and case information in firm databases and legal management systems. This role supports the firm’s workflow by ensuring the integrity and accessibility of critical records and documentation.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Enter data from account files, legal documents, and correspondence into firm databases.
  • Verify accuracy of entered data and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Update case tracking systems with status changes, deadlines, and communication logs.
  • Support team members with retrieval and formatting of electronic records.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and debtor data.
  • Assist with actions, codes and database functions.
  • Generate and distribute reports, letters, updates and other business related written communications.
  • Document management (scans, email, upload), answer phones.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

KSAOs:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Typing speed with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with database systems and legal case management preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred.

Wage & Compensation:
Estimated Wage Range: $17.50–$24.00/hour
(Adjusted based on experience and legal wage requirements.)
