Job Title: Payroll Distribution Coordinator
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Memphis, TN 38118 (Must work onsite)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
This role involves printing, packaging, and shipping payroll documents to clients, as well as tracking shipments and keeping records organized. Attention to detail and accurate data entry are very important.
Print, prepare, and ship daily payroll documents.
Follow and update shipping instructions as needed.
Print and send other materials like benefits notices or summaries.
Label and sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Keep confidential information secure.
Help keep the department organized (filing, restocking, cleaning).
Lift up to 35 lbs when needed.
Help improve processes and document how tasks are done.
Take on other duties as needed.
Education:
High school diploma preferred
Experience:
Data entry experience (less than 1 year preferred)
Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus
Background in payroll, HR services, or client service is a plus
Skills:
Able to follow written procedures and safety rules
Can write basic reports and emails
Comfortable speaking with coworkers or small groups
Good at solving simple problems with limited guidance
Can understand instructions in different formats (written, spoken, charts, schedules)
Travel:
