JOB-19572 Data Entry and Word Processing-25750

Job Summary:
- Provide clerical support to engineering department staffing including forms management, phone support, correspondences, staff meeting minutes, filing, ordering of office supplies, etc.
- Assist the engineering staff through performing data entry functions and preparing reports.
- Will be creating purchase requests for various engineering supplies and equipment.
For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using computer with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, and E-mail) or standard equivalent)
- Some knowledge or background or experience with engineering.
- Verbal and written communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Please note that the employees would work on holidays only by request of the employer and would that there would only be straight pay. Employees work overtime only at the request of the employer and get paid at overtime rate.
