Job description

We’re growing! And looking for a passionate, driven and energetic candidate to join our Commercial Property Management team for the position of Administrative Assistant located at our head office in Guelph, Ontario. This is an in-office position.
This will be a 12-month contract role.
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Property Management team. In this role, you’ll put your strong administrative skills to work by ensuring accurate data entry, preparing A/R adjustments, and providing essential day-to-day administrative support.
What you will be doing:

  • Assist the team with general administration.
  • Assist with purchase orders, setting up vendors and assisting with vendor EFT set up.
  • Scanning, uploading documents to Yardi, and preparing tenant correspondence as required.
  • Assist the Commercial Management Leadership team and Vice President with expense reports, travel requirements and additional special projects.

  • Communication expert (emails, phone calls, etc.) with a focus on being professional and timely.
  • The person who can see the problems before they happen (think the matrix) and use good judgment and innovation to solve.
  • Sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • An interest or experience in real estate is a bonus.
  • Minimum Post-Secondary Education and one year related experience in general administration or relevant combination of education.
