We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator / Forklift Operator to join our Check-In team. This role combines warehouse operations with administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing hands-on warehouse responsibilities with office tasks.The successful candidate will primarily support warehouse operations while also providing administrative coverage as needed, including assisting with daily check-in processes and supporting the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
  • Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Verify freight and inventory for accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Administrative Support
  • Monitor and respond to emails professionally.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Complete data entry and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
  • Coordinate with the operations team regarding shipments, inventory, and daily activities.
  • Provide administrative coverage during vacations and planned absences.
  • Support daily warehouse check-in processes.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is an asset; full forklift training and certification will be provided.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  • CSA-approved safety shoes are required.
Schedule
  • Tuesday through Saturday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Overtime may be required, particularly on Fridays.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $23.00 per hour
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Full forklift certification and training provided if needed
