If you are Washington State personal lines or Life/Health insurance licensed with customer service experience, and a positive friendly attitude, we are interested in speaking with you. We are in search for a licensed Washington State Property and Casualty and Life customer service representative to join our wonderful team at our local Spokane Valley office.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a State Farm Customer Service Representative, you will assist our current customers with policy management as well as support your fellow State Farm team members and the Agent/Owner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Current customer policy management
  • Responding to current customer policy questions
  • Adding and making changes to current customer's policies
  • Claims assistance
  • Billing support
  • Underwriting support
  • Assisting team members and Agent/Owner
  • Provide exceptional customer service
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidates must have valid Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to employment.
  • Automotive and Homeowners insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker is a plus.
  • Life and Health insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, organized with solid writing, typing, data entry, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems
  • A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others.
