Large Distribution Center in Sanford is looking for a skilled & dependable candidate that can absorb quickly in a fast-paced environment, and multitask w/ minimal supervision. A team player, self starter, self motivator that will take initiative to troubleshoot and correct issues if needed.
Work Hours: M-F, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19- $20/hr.
Duties and Requirements:
  • Office/clerical/ warehouse tasks.
  • Shipping and receiving experience is a huge plus!
  • Data Entry.
  • Ability to use a computer, MS Office Software, email and operation software.
  • Familiar with SAP Business ONE, QuickBooks, sage, or any related distribution system, including but not limited to FedEx or UPS.
  • Create SAP notifications based on information received from employees (electronically or in-person), including: (i) a description of the problem; (ii) all equipment affected; (iii) the submitter's name; and (iv) a priority ranking.
  • Connect SAP notifications to existing Work Orders.
  • Drop orders as they come in
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Customer Service.
  • Detail oriented and ability to set priorities and complete goals and objectives in a timely and orderly manner.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 year minimum of experience doing Data Entry.
  • Previous shipping/receiving experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable transportation.

  • Can work with minimal supervision and can handle fast paced environment.
