Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for the ongoing data entry, maintenance, validation, and integrity of agent and consumer information within IntegrityCONNECT and other internal databases. This role ensures data accuracy and consistency across systems, supports reporting and operational needs, and serves as a backup resource for contracting processing functions. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, adherence to compliance requirements, and collaboration across departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, updates, and maintenance of agent, consumer, and related records in IntegrityCONNECT and other internal databases.

  • Monitor databases for data integrity issues, duplicate records, missing fields, or inconsistencies, and take corrective action as required.

  • Conduct routine audits and reconciliation of data across systems to ensure alignment with contracting, enrollment, and commissions records.

  • Maintain documentation of data standards, procedures, and update protocols to support consistency and compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Commissions, Contracting, Enrollment, Sales, and Compliance) to resolve data discrepancies and support operational workflows.

  • Generate basic data reports, exports, and summaries to support management and departmental needs.

  • Serve as backup support for contracting processing, including data entry, status updates, and verification of agent contracting information.

  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding data processes related to agents, ensuring all required information is accurately captured and maintained.

  • Identify trends, recurring data issues, or process gaps and escalate concerns to management with suggested improvements.

  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, CMS guidelines, and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, agent, and consumer data at all times.

  • Support team projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Collaborate across departments and adapt to the evolving operational needs of the organization.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or an associate's degree in data Analysis, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in data entry, data management, database administration, or healthcare operations preferred.

  • Experience working with CRM, agent, or consumer databases.

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, focus on detailed data review, and perform repetitive computer-based tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Ability to interpret and apply complex eligibility regulations as mandated by CMS.

  • Demonstrates good organizational, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail is critical to the success of this position, with skills in customer orientation.

  • Will need to manage multiple tasks and projects.

  • MS Office/PC skills required.
