Adecco is hiring for a Data Entry Specialist with a local client in Austin, TX.
Pay is $30.00 to $37.00 per hour.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support a critical data management and compliance initiative within the EHS organization.
This position will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and validating chemical-related data, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and aligned with established processes.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large data sets, can maintain a high level of accuracy, and is able to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Project Objective
This temporary role will support the completion of a data remediation effort by ensuring chemical information is accurately entered, reviewed, and processed. The successful candidate will help improve data quality, support compliance requirements, and reduce the administrative workload on Business Units.
Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain chemical-related data records.
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support chemical authorization and compliance-related workflows.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies through research and collaboration with stakeholders.
