Position Overview

Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in accuracy, organization, and working with data systems. The selected candidate will support a system transition by transferring information from legacy systems into a new platform while maintaining data integrity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately transfer (input) data from spreadsheets and existing systems into a new program or database

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness during the migration process

  • Maintain organized records and ensure consistency across systems

  • Enter and document information from phone calls into manual logs when required

  • Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data discrepancies

  • Follow established procedures and meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks

  • Perform additional administrative or clerical duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and data management tools

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
