Data Entry Administrator in an International Trading Company. The position is primarily responsible for updating order and shipment data. A candidate with strong communication skills who is comfortable with high-volume data entry and have experience using SAP would be well-suited for the position
- Location: West Hartford, CT
- Direct Hire (7 hours/day)
- $48K with full benefit
Requirements of the Data Entry Administrator:
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience with a strong focus on high-volume data entry
- Associate’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Prior experience in the aviation or aviation-related industry is a plus, though not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP is highly desirable
Responsibilities of the Data Entry Administrator:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Inputs shipping details, vendor invoices, and other required data into the system
- Ensure completion of revisions and corrections through diligent follow-up
- Provide support to cross-functional teams by addressing data-related inquiries
- Communicate with suppliers to verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted data
- Generates specialized program reports upon request
- Perform other related duties as assigned
