What You Will Do:
The Data Entry / Asset Forfeiture Analyst provides critical support to organizational asset management operations by ensuring highaccuracy data entry, asset tracking, integrity validation, and anomaly detection. This role maintains the fidelity of asset databases, supports audits, and strengthens the organization's ability to monitor, safeguard, and report on highvalue assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into asset management, inventory, or financial tracking systems.

  • Maintain up-to-date records for physical and digital assets across their full lifecycle (acquisition, deployment, transfer, disposition).

  • Conduct routine data quality checks to identify discrepancies, duplicates, or incomplete records.

  • Generate reports summarizing asset status, utilization, risks, and anomalies.

  • Implement and enhance standard operating procedures for asset documentation and data integrity.

  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive tasks.


What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • ONE (1) or more years of experience in data entry, records/asset management, supply chain, or related field, including Excel-based data analysis and discrepancy resolution

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Leveraging open source and public record data sets to identify and track assets.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Experience supporting asset tracking in a federal, logistics, or IT environment.

  • Familiarity with lifecycle asset management frameworks.

  • Knowledge of audit prep, compliance, and inventory control standards.

  • Ability to develop process improvements that enhance data integrity or operational visibility.
