This position is responsible for planning and coordinating site visits for field technicians and providing support to the Operations Manager.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Audit and document customer provided access instructions for sites, document discrepancies, and update internal database as required
Select, organize, and secure access to site visits for field technicians
Plan daily routes for field technicians
Submit daily and weekly site visit plans to the report writing team
Maintain all access keys and devices
Identify, track, and resolve site access issues
Support daily activities of the Operations Manager
Scan, file, create, and distribute various project documents
Perform data entry and word processing as required
Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
 
Education: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
 
Experience: 
One-year experience in the wireless telecommunications industry or similar experience 
Understanding of construction methods and materials
 
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency 
Data entry and word processing
 
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
 
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day 
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
