Job Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk:
  • Drafting workers compensation/civil subpoenas
  • Ensuring local rules are followed regarding service of subpoenas
  • Drafting authorizations for signature
  • Filing documents with courts
  • Researching local rules of civil procedure for new jurisdictions
  • Submitting/Accepting client orders made via email or online
  • Corresponding with clients/court personnel
Job Requirements for Data Entry Clerk:
