We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office and operational activities for an industrial facility in Madison, Alabama. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage a high volume of administrative work, maintain accurate records, and stay organized in an active office environment. The role may support either the metals or non-metals team, depending on business needs, and requires strong follow-through, professionalism, and comfort working with both office staff and operations personnel.


Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of data entry while maintaining accurate records, documentation, and department files.

• Support day-to-day administrative operations by organizing paperwork, tracking information, and keeping office processes running smoothly.

• Receive, review, and enter driver tickets or purchasing documentation based on assigned division needs.

• Assist with dispatch-related coordination or purchase order processing, depending on the team supported.
