The position involves managing telephone communications, handling filing and data entry, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy office environment. This is a permanent opportunity requiring strong computer skills and an organized approach to office support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize filing systems
- Answer phones and take messages promptly
- Provide courteous customer service to residents and visitors
- Perform data entry and general computer tasks
- Support office functions to assist the Leasing Manager
